Provide feedback on the BREEAM New Construction Version 7 technical manual pre-release (UK and International)
The pre-release of the BREEAM New Construction Version 7 (V7) technical manuals (UK and International), along with a comprehensive Summary of Changes document, are now available for review.
The upcoming BREEAM New Construction Version 7 update ensures that BREEAM’s building assessment, benchmarking, and certification criteria remain aligned with the latest scientific data on energy efficiency and Net Zero Carbon (NZC), focusing on whole life carbon.

BREEAM currently has technical working groups (TWG) for the following sustainability issues: circularity, health and wellbeing, social impact, natural environment, net zero carbon, resilience, and quality.
