The 2026 BREEAM Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 30 September at the Peninsula Hotel, London. The black-tie dinner with a drinks reception will start at 6pm (BST) and offer opportunities for both celebration and networking.

Booking terms and conditions

The term ‘BRE' refers to the Building Research Establishment Limited, registered in England and Wales under number 3319324. The registered address is Bucknalls Lane, Watford WD25 9XX.

In the unlikely event that BRE needs to cancel the BREEAM Awards, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible before the date of the event.

However, if the BREEAM Awards is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date and no refund will be issued.

BRE is not responsible for the reimbursement of any other costs incurred to attend the event, e.g. travel or accommodation costs.

Cancellations must be made in writing to us at BREEAMAwards@bregroup.com.

Cancellations for bookings received 30 days before the event will be refunded less an administrative charge of 15%. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event or for failure to attend without written notice.

Payment for the BREEAM Awards tickets should be made to BRE in full within 30 days of the date of the invoice or in advance of the awards event.
BRE does not accept any liability for any property damage or loss incurred at any time during the BREEAM Awards.
Any information that you provide to us will remain the property of BRE and be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Award entrants must agree to the terms and conditions as part of the submission process.
